Ordering & Payments

How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through the Stripe-powered Shopify Payment system. We also accept PayPal.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing my order?
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us, and we will resend it.

I don’t have a tracking number. When will I get it?
Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email. If you haven’t received one, please email us at contact@rushathletics.shop.

Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear on the system.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We always try our best to cancel or modify orders, but if your order has already been shipped or processed, we cannot make changes. Contact us as soon as possible for assistance.


Shipping & Delivery

When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Saturday), except for orders placed on Sundays, which are processed on the next business day.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
UK: 1-6 business days (Monday - Saturday)

Delays may occur during busy shipping periods or national holidays.

Has my order been dispatched yet?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday - Saturday). You will receive a dispatch email once your order is shipped. Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you don’t see it. If you need further details, contact us.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received tracking details, please contact us.

I ordered multiple items. Why did I only receive one?
If you ordered multiple items, they might be shipped separately from different warehouses. This means you may receive one item before the others. Don’t worry—your remaining items will arrive soon.

My order is still not here. What should I do?
If your order has taken longer than 4 weeks from dispatch, please contact us, and we will investigate. We offer a Money Back Guarantee or will resend your order if necessary.

I put the wrong address on my order. Can I change it?
If your order has not been shipped, we can update your delivery address. If your order has already been shipped or processed, unfortunately, we cannot make any changes.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can return unused, undamaged items within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging with all labels and tags.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

  • If you return an item due to a change of mind, you will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

My item arrived broken or damaged. What can I do?
If your product arrives damaged, take clear photos and email them to contact@rushathletics.shop

How do I request a return?
Contact us at contact@rushathletics.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5 days to the original payment method.
